We conduct handovers on-site
Moving into your new home is an exciting and sometimes daunting experience. PMX meets you on site on the day of your lease commencement to conduct a handover, run through the Condition report and to answer any queries you may have before you take the keys to your new home.
After hours repairs
PMX engages a dedicated, qualified and insured team of trades to help you when urgent repairs arise after-hours. By dialling just one phone number, you can speak to an expert who will help make-safe any Urgent repairs (as defined by the Act) and arrange for any follow-up works as required.
Minimal delay for repairs
PMX Landlords are committed to ensuring the property is well maintained and that you have quiet enjoyment throughout your tenancy. Accordingly, we have sufficient authority to organise repairs as defined by the RTA, immediately upon becoming aware of an issue.
